Jouet des années 1950/1960

Le char anglais Centurion MK7 qui est reproduit ici par Dinky Toys possède une tourelle qui pivote et un canon de 105 mm qui est quand a lui fixe.
Un modèle réduit réalisé sobrement en zamac, qui est paré d'une robe uniformément vert armée. Le niveau de détail de l'ensemble est assez bas, le moulage est réalisé sans apport de pièces ou parties rapportées, l'âme du canon n'est même pas percée. Ce jouet massif pensé pour résister au jeux guerrier des enfants, fut conçu dans les années 1950, il est donc au standards de cette époque. Le châssis est en tôle noire, il est serti et comporte les indications suivantes, Dinky Supertoys, 651, Centurion Tank, made in England et Meccano LTD. Le train de roulement de ce char Centurion est fonctionnel, les chenilles noires sont en matière souple de type caoutchouc…

Les 2 chenilles d'origine en caoutchouc sont coupés (réparées avec des agrafes)”
