Hi I have just had a shock my balance reads -£59.00 because listings have been made on the home page. This cost £3 each time. I do duplicate listings in my delcampe lister and may have had an error occur.

This was obviously an error as I would not mean to list say an item for £2 with a sellers fee of £3 and I had no idea this was happening. It would not have been in my interest to list an item say for £1 for a listing fee of £3 so I hope this will be answered soon

How can I get a refund? If I do not I will be forced to leave delcampe.

Help please administrators!!!:angryfire:

Thanks Postcardshop

Hi,

When you do a listing on Delcampe the settings you use on one item are repeated & move onto the next listing you do. This is a great time saver for a seller, but it can lead to the problem you have.

Example: If you use the item on top of Cat option it costs $4.80 USD per item to do so (For me-USA).

You then list another item and Vola! It will also cost an additional $4.80 unless you uncheck the option used previously. It is quite easy to forget that until you have listed a couple or more items with that feature turned on.

Note: The Delcampe Submit listing button does warn you that an item has featured options each time you list an additional item. It is easy to over look the warning.

I have done this three times myself.

To correct situation this forum is not the place.

Send an Email to Evelyn direct from HELP & CONTACT tab section 4 #4

* My question remains unanswered
o 1° I wish to have look at the Help section
o 2° I wish to have a look at the guides
o 3° I wish to have a look the the Forums
>> o 4° I wish to contact Evelyne from the clientèle support.

Explain what has happened and they will generally credit your account for the errors.
