Sold some items close on 4 hours ago, (buy-it-now not auction) and they are still stuck in "my selling with bids" and not on my sold page so I can't send them an invoice These items are coming up as closed on the actual auction page but they haven't moved across to my sold page for me to send an invoice I know it takes time but 4 hours does seem a long time and the buyers are already asking me for an invoice Anyone else got this problem ??

Hi Karenswift13, Same problem with my auctions.. I have been having problems most of the day here with very slow service.. I went into the forum to report it to technical but I could not post any message..kept giving me a blank page. I assume that they are making some major changes to the site...

Good evening, I have exactly the same problem here (Germany). It seems to be a general problem, not limited to specific users or specific national sites of Delcampe. The problem is also already discussed in the French forum: Link (http) So I guess that the tech department at Delcampe is already alerted and working on the issue. Best regards, Klaus

I was wondering the same, therefore I placed a bid on a low-price item as a test. It did work! So, placing bids isn't the problem.

I don't think there is a problem with the bids Postman as I listed an item yesterday and someone bought it within 5 mins .....I couldn't believe it ! I also sold another at around the same time....one of them is now in my Sold list and the other is still in my Bids list so they are getting there slowly
